



SUBMITTING SCIENTIFIC PAPERS
All delegates registered will be able to present a paper in one of the Conference's Thematic Areas.
Papers are accepted in English or Spanish.
Instructions for submitting papers:
Delegates are asked to present the complete paper following the instructions below:
Submission deadline for papers: 10 June 2009
Papers should be sent in .doc format (Word) to the Conference e-mail address: comunicaciones@envejecimientoactivo.com
We would also like delegates to send their complete CV and that of the organisation or company that they are representing.
Paper structure:
Complete work:
SURNAME(S), name initial, work title in italics, volume or edition number (where appropriate), editorial, place of publication, year of publication, pages x-x.
Chapter from work:
SURNAME(S), name initial, "chapter, section or part", paper title in italics, volume or edition number collaborator or director (where appropriate), editorial, place of publication, year of publication, pages x-x.
Journal article:
SURNAME(S), name initial, "article title", name of journal in italics, number, year of publication, pages X - X.
By submitting the paper the author gives their consent for it to be reproduced and published, whether it is in electronic or printed format.
APPROVAL OF SCIENTIFIC PAPERS
All papers submitted will be evaluated by the Technical Scientific Committee. Delegates will then be informed of its decision.
